The second issue of Spectra was published in fall 2011. With its emphasis on NRL's space research activities, the publication date coincided with the launch of TacSat-4 on September 27th, 2011. The TacSat launch marked the successful launch of NRL's 100th satellite, spanning 65 years of space-based scientific investigation and military applications. This issue of Spectra celebrates just a few of NRL's many space accomplishments. Readers can browse the online version or download a PDF (5.7MB).
