The Institute for Nanoscience conducts multidisciplinary research at the intersections of the fields of materials, electronics and biology in the nanometer size domain. The objective is to provide the Navy and the DoD with scientific leadership in this complex, emerging area and to identify opportunities for advances in future Defense technology.
