IR/EO Measurements and Simulation Section (Code 5757)

The IR/EO Measurements and Simulation Section conducts lab and field measurements of flares, ships, and background conditions. These calibrated measurements are applied to development of models and conduct of detection analysis by the Section.

A tracking mount based data collection sensor suite for background, ship, and decoy measurements was developed by the Advanced Techniques Branch is shown at an NRL field site.
