Rear Admiral Hahn takes the helm

Rear Admiral David Hahn, the Chief of Naval Research, speaks to members of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory Dec. 6, 2016. Just weeks into his new position in leading the naval research enterprise (which includes NRL), Hahn emphasized his three-part leadership philosophy: mission accomplishment, teamwork and personal growth and development.

He also challenged all NRL employees to consider how their efforts support ONR’s mission to plan, foster and encourage scientific research in support of future naval power. (U.S. Navy photo by Jamie Baker, NRL Technical Information Services)
