Department of Navy – Naval Research Laboratory (DoN-NRL) Summer Internship Program (SIP)
Join one of the Nation's leading multidisciplinary science and technology programs for a ten-week laboratory internship at the US Naval Research Laboratory (NRL-DC). This comprehensive, multi-component program offers students the opportunity to conduct state of the art research relevant to the Department of War (DoW), Department of Navy (DoN) and NRL. Internships are awarded competitively to students who have completed at least one year of undergraduate training in science, mathematics, or engineering.

The DoN Program Office works jointly with the NRL Internship Program Directors to co-administer the internship programs on-line database and application process. Please refer to the DoN Student Internship Program and the DoN-NRL website and point-of-contact (POC) for more detailed information.
