WASHINGTON, D.C. - Dr. David Frederic Crouse, electronics engineer at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Radar Division, has worked to help improve the understanding of the techniques and methods that form the basis of modern multistatic target tracking algorithms. He is recognized by the International Society of Information Fusion (ISIF) for contributions to the theory and promulgation of algorithms for multi-sensor multi-target tracking, estimation and data association, and was presented the ISIF Young Investigator Award, July 7, 2016.
