WASHINGTON - John Kinch, U.S. Naval Research Laboratory robotics engineer, prepares flight Robotic Arm System (RAS) #2 for kinematic calibration in Washington, D.C. June 23, 2022. The arm is integrated in a testbed with a full suite of flight avionics and flight software.
