WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) developed Hydrogen Small Unit Power (H-SUP) powering communications equipment during field testing at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Cali., May 19, 2025. The H-SUP system is a portable fuel cell electric generator with greater energy per weight than batteries and lower audible and thermal signatures than combustion generators.
