WASHINGTON, D.C. - Dr. Gerald Borsuk (left), former U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) assistant director of research, receives a certificate from NRL Director of Research Dr. Bruce Danly, SES, recognizing his 42 years of service in Washington, D.C., Feb. 5, 2026.
