The American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) NRL Postdoctoral program awards are made to persons who have held a doctorate for less than five years at the time of application and are made for one year, renewable for up to three years at the discretion of NRL.
The annual stipend levels for Post-Docs are as follows, depending on location*:
- NRL DC: $94,199
- NRL South, Stennis Space Center, MS: $82,830
- NRL Monterey, CA: $102,489
* Travel and relocation expenses are paid, with limited funds available for professional travel if approved by NRL.
